Lauretta Cundy

Integrating a wide range of approaches, these sessions deliver practical tools and strategies to support the ‘Wild Within’ you.
Lauretta is also a CoSH trained Sound Bath practitioner. In these peaceful sessions, she envelopes you in therapeutic sound, enabling you to take a slice of tranquillity away with you. The workshop begins through guided meditation, deepening your state of relaxation, and then by using Tibetan Singing Bowls, Rain Sticks, Rattles, and an Improvised Voice you will simply listen, drift off, meditate, and contemplate life, or not.
