Coaching workshops
Psychology coaching workshops explore ways to rediscover and reclaim your ‘wild woman’. Integrating a wide range of approaches, these sessions deliver practical tools and strategies to support the ‘Wild Within’ you.
Personalised coaching
The One to One psychological coaching sessions (pre- and post-retreat) are designed to ensure you get the most out of your retreat experience. Through a tailored approach the coaching leaves you equipped to flourish and thrive as your 'wild woman within'.
Sound bathing
In these hour-long peaceful sessions, you will be enveloped in therapeutic sound, enabling you to take a slice of tranquillity away with you. The workshop begins through guided meditation, deepening your state of relaxation, and then by using Tibetan Singing Bowls, Rain Sticks, Rattles, and an Improvised Voice you will simply listen, drift off, meditate, and contemplate life.
Cacao Ceremonies
The cacao ceremony is a routine ritual for self renewal that keeps us centered, connected to our hearts, and living in a good way. Engaging with chocolate as a ritual, rather than consuming it as candy, has direct positive impact on our individual well-being as well as our global ecosystem. Cacao ceremonies are spaces for people to connect with each other in new ways, and an opportunity to reconnect with ancient parts of ourselves that remember the simple power of gathering together in community.
Tailored Meals
The retreats’ whole food plant-based cooking offers a vibrant and nutrient-rich cuisine that follows the rhythms of the seasons. Our Nutritionist chefs’ approach is to be sustainable with the use of organically grown ingredients and oriented towards zero-waste and also, as a qualified Naturopathic Chef, the food is viewed both as medicine and as a delicious opportunity to nourish.
Pilates, mobility & release
These sessions are designed to help empower women through movement. By Pelvic Floor and Pilates workouts., you will build strength from the inside out, helping improve mobility, body awareness, and confidence. This gives you the moves and knowledge to nurture your body through menopause and beyond.
Feminine Cyclic Movement
In this workshop we will explore how specific movements can allow us to enjoy our bodies based on the female cycle. This will enable us to be the ones that make the choices when it comes to our health from a rich personal knowledge, creating a fulfilling relationship with ourselves.
Creativity Workshop
No matter your skill level or starting point, creativity can be healing, confidence-building and enhance our overall sense of wellbeing. Building a regular creative practice can help calm the body and mind and reduce anxiety. Re-kindling a connection to nature through creativity can help us to stay anchored to the present moment - the only moment that we truly have any control over.
Foraging
Foraging and plant medicine offers us a wealth of opportunities to connect in the broadest sense with nature’s wild side. This workshop aims to inspire and empower you to get out in nature, tap into the wisdom of the plant world, forage for plant material from which you can create your own remedy for supporting your health.
Our relaxing foraging stroll will enable you to learn more about common medicinal weeds & plants, their uses in the past and present and how to use them for simple home herbal remedies & culinary purposes.
Breathwork
Rebirthing Breathwork is a body-based therapy that uses breath patterns to create biochemical changes in the body which help to identify and alter behaviour patterns and habits. Breathwork is a great way to explore what our bodies have held in and learn to live a more complete life by opening up the breath, releasing what is stored on a physical level.
